Uncorking the Juices
Unwinding, but instead of dumping all blogging activities, you write some more - just on something you’re either more comfortable with or just so weird your brain doesn’t register it as blogging. That’s what “uncorking the juices” means to me. Yes, you’re probably calling me a nut at the moment, but I can’t blame you because this post is exactly the result of me uncorking the juices.
But I don’t think you can blame me either. For the past 4 or 5 days, I’ve only been writing about WordPress, and not just any piece of WordPress, but the technical side of it. If you’ve been in blogHelper’s archives before, you’d notice that writing plugins and permalink structures aren’t things I normally talk about. So, even though I know what I’m writing about, I’m still pretty much out of my swimming pool (sorry, too blur to think what the proper phrase is), and it’s taking its toll.
So, here’s me uncorking the juices. Now that I’m almost finished, I kind of feel inspired enough to finish up on August’s WP plugins feature - though I better uncork a bit more over at my personal blog first.
Try it someday. You won’t regret it… I think.
