Ping-O-Matic Underwent Server Move

With the relatively recent complaints that pinging Ping-O-Matic was resulting in lags (and even the dreaded White-Screen-Of-Death) when publishing posts, it wasn’t a surprise that Ping-O-Matic took the hardware-upgrade route.

Users have reported improvements, and so have I. But… the lag is still pretty noticeable. I’m not sure whether the problem is on Ping-O-Matic’s side or mine, but until I find out, I’ll be switching back to my old method of pinging – FeedBurner’s PingShot service.
