Blog directories have always been a source of traffic for blogs, and of course for the blog directories themselves as well. With that in mind, many have established blog directories to the extent that bloggers today have many to choose from.

Of course, dumping yourself in too many blog directories, too early, could cause you search engine indexing problems, especially with Google. Like with all link building campaigns, too many non-targeted links will scream low quality and spammy links to search engines. I say choose well initially and add yourself to more directories as time passes (and your blog gets more established).

Here, I will be listing a few good blog directories which I have experience with, in no particular order of preference. I’ll update this as I go along.
