Drupal 4.6 Themes: Feature Comparison

Over at adminfoo.net, there’s a feature comparison between the various Drupal 4.6 themes available at the Drupal theme repository. I’m not sure how many of you Drupal bloggers already know about this resource, but due to my lousy search engine skills, I only recently discovered it myself (even though it’s been published since like forever).

What it does is to compare the various features between Drupal 4.6 themes, such as whether they have wide or narrow layouts, or whether proper block layout is preserved. This might not seem to be anything useful for WordPress users who are accustomed to themes that usually come prepackaged with all the necessary features, e.g. blog description, category list, link list, etc., but for Drupal users, downloading and installing a theme only to find out that it doesn’t support site logos and slogans can be irritating. Let’s not forget that Drupal does not have an integrated theme file editor too, so editing the theme on-the-spot is impossible.

Now, all we need is for someone to do the same for Drupal 4.7 themes. Anyone up to the challenge?
