If you thought a house was the only reward for Kyle MacDonald’s creative paperclip trading efforts through blogging, think again.

BlogKits - A Disappointing First Look

BlogKits, one of the two blog-centric Cost Per Action (CPA) ad networks we looked at last week, released a small list of merchants and offers available two days back. Did I mention small?

Commission Junction (CJ) was now accepting Malaysians again, and
Paypal was setting up a regional office in Singapore, which could possibly lead to Malaysians being allowed to withdraw Paypal funds officially.

One wonders […]

Affiliate Ads: Size Does Matter

Knowing that affiliate marketing has the potential to be a big money earner (or at least, a good way to diversify) in product-based blogs is the first step. The next would be to analyse what “ad” formats work best.
While for conventional contextual ads where the rectangle formats (the large rectangle especially) tend to have […]

Recent Google News Bites

Along with the recent Joel Comm saga has been a slew of interesting blog posts, announcements and rumors related to our two favourites, Google Search and Google AdSense:

“Vertical Image” Ads, a.k.a. Image + Text = New Ad FormatGoogle is having an international beta test on its new ad format, where a contextually-relevant image is placed […]
